Requirements:
- Male, Max. age 40 years old
- Bachelor degree in civil engineering from reputable university
- Min. seven (7) years experience from property developer or contractor company as project/site manager
- Capable in leading project and set annual targets.
- Highly motivated, dynamic, excellent communication and good leadership skill
- Able to make structure calculations
- Able in coordinating subordinates and able to work in a team
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Responsible, honest and able to work on target
- Having experience handle housing development project
